I agree with alot of the advice you were given.
About your workout: You should cut down on your running and do three days of weight triaining every other day. More muscle means a higher metabolism.
About your WOE: I don't think you are getting enough protein. From what I calculated you're only getting 77.5 g of protein. With your workouts that's not enough. I don't even think you are getting your lean mass in protein. You should also try to have protein at every meal.
I think you should drop the lc muffins and replace them with veggies like broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, brussel sprouts.
I think that if you exercising that much you should increase you calories or at the very least not have days when you have higher calories than 1300.
Also you are pretty close to your goal. So your losses will be slower. Be patient. Trust us, this works.
