Default Atkins Ranch Dressing

Has anyone tried this? I ordered a salad from Cracker Barrel today for lunch and ordered Ranch Dressing with it. Before I picked up my lunch, I got to thinking about how they make their dressing, so I decided to buy some Atkins Ranch Dressing and keep it here at work just for this situation. It was pretty good. I hear a lot of bad things about LC products, but surely this won't stall me.

Regular old ranch dressing, like that made by Hidden Valley Ranch or Kraft, only has about 1 carb per 2T serving. I'd be willing to bet that the Atkins brand costs twice as much and has the same number of carbs!

No, ranch dressing will not stall you. Ceasar dressing is also a pretty safe choice in restaurants.

How about Blue Cheese Dressing. It only has 2 carbs per serving...Is that acceptable?

Blue Cheese dressing is also a good choice. You want to stay away from things like French and Thousand Island, and any sweet vinigarettes like raspberry.
