Just found and bookmarked this site. Pick a restaurant listed, pick a food, it shows the nutritional info. (Note to self: No grilled chicken pita from Chili's in my future. 77 carbs! )

But isn't most of that from the pita bread? I would assume any sandwich would be high in carbs if you eat the bread ...

wow, that Baskin Robbins delight I indulge in every once in a while sure packs the carbs...

really helps to see just how many carbs I'm taking on, and to ask, is it worth it?
