The Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman is much more strict than Atkins Induction. It's a detoxifying, anti-Candida low-carb program.
Similarities with Atkins: no sugar, flour, sweets, no grains of any kind, no caffeine, no nuts
Differences: no salt, no pork, no processed meats, no dairy, cream or cheese, no vinegar or pickles made with vinegar or salt, no commercially made mayonnaise or salad dressings, meats are not unlimited, no artificial sweeteners only stevia, no olive oil or butter .. only oil allowed is flax oil (linseed), only certain herbs and spices can be used; you are allowed certain fruits, you must drink 2 Liters of diluted unsweetened pure cranberry juice every day (cranwater), list of allowed vegetables are similar but most are unlimited for FFP whereas with Atkins you must stay under 20 grams per day.
