Default protein shake question

Yep! There are lots of LC Whey protein shakes out there.
I use Optimuim Nutrition Whey
1 scoop
110 cals
1.5 fat
22g protein
2g carbs.
I use that for a sweet snack and after workouts!

FALSE.

Tell your hubby to look at my progress. I drink a protein shake everyday.
