Default Going back on Atkins, do I need to do induction again?

Hi -- I've lost 20 pounds on Atkins over quite a few months. I've been off it now entirely for a couple of weeks. I want to start back again and am wondering if it's necessary to start with induction again, or can I just go to low-carb eating (say 30 carbs a day) and pick up where I left off?

Thanks for any answers.

I would say yes you do but then I'm not an expert like some of these people . I imagine you've knocked yourself completly out of ketosis so you'll have to start induction again. JMHO though. I might be wrong

I agree. You will probably have to do induction for about two days, then you can go to a 30-40g carb day routine. You probably have to get back into Ketosis.
