Issa,
Most health food stores have a selection of detox supplements they sell. Generally they consist of either a TON of pills you take and or some sort of liquid concoction. Most require that you eat nothing else or may have some sort of controlled foods. I wish I could remember what my brand was... I just grabbed one that promised I would feel 20 years younger. Anyhow I had cramps and cramps and the bathroom was my friend. I think I "flushed" that marble I swallowed when I was 6 years old. Anyhow sorry I could not come up with a brand name for yah. I remember I stayed on it for 6 days as I watched my roommates eat pizza. Yeah it was a slice....
I'd day avoid the commercial stuff and just do a vegetable juice detox for a week? Even heard of the soup diet used for heart patients? Well kinda same idea but just do the soup or the veggie juice for a good 6 days. Make your own so you don't get all the sugar found in the store bought ones. That works like a charm if you want to get a clean start or just give those rusty pipes a good polish.
Best of luck.
