warmup: 50 crunches, 30 butt ups, 30 pushups
UBW:
chest:
bench presses: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~69lbs!!!!
inclined bench press: 6~64lbs, 6~59lbs
shoulders:
behind the neck raises: 12~39lbs, 10~44lbs, 8~49lbs, 6~54lbs, 5~54lbs, 3~49lbs, 4~44lbs
barbell upright rows: 12~64lbs
back:
bent over rows: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~64lbs
camb bar laying rows: 12~59lbs
biceps:
curls: 12~29lbs, 10~34lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~64lbs
reverse curls: 8~39lbs, 4~34lbs
triceps:
close grip bench press: 12~44lbs, 10~49lbs, 8~54lbs, 6~59lbs, 12~59lbs
camb bar extentions: 12~29lbs
felt a little weak on my shoulders today....also on my last reps of biceps....i am sure this is cuz i hardly ate at all yesterday. i already had my protein shake this morning and am feeling a lot better!
