I usually get their side salad once a week. I love the mix of greens and eat it w/o any kind of dressing. It finishes out the cold lunch that I eat on my day off.

I love their salads, I sometimes get a burger depending on how I feel. (sometimes I just want a meaty burger!).. but their dressing is a joke, same with BK honestly.... They want to advertise a low carb menu, but no lower carb dressings?!

Makes no sense.

Boy was I wrong!

The McDonalds here uses Newman's Own dressing, which is what I buy in the grocery store. The Newman's Own Ranch has 1g carb per serving when you buy it in the bottle. Is this the same dressing you're talking about? Or does your McD's serve a different brand?

I think they all have Newmans. I'm personally not a big fan, so i always keep salad dressing (lite vinigarettes) in the car -- you'd be suprised how many people don't carry decent light salad dressing. Its not just McD
