They sell LC Wraps in many stores now that aren't expensive and there are a TON of great recipes you can have with them including Sandwich wraps, Quesadias, Fajitas, Pizzas and soft tacos. You can make them crunchy like a taco by baking them in the oven first. I think they are the BEST!!! My husband thinks they are just as good if not better than the regular ones and he is not on an LC program.
Good luck!

Kristi

I'm making some right now! shredded cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese in a 8in. nonstick pan, fry over med-heat till it begins to all stick together and you can flip it. Flip it over, fry a bit longer, then take it out and form it over a heat proof glass or mug Voila!!! Be careful if you don't watch it, it will burn and you'll have black cheese taco's!!!

Personally, I think a taco shell without corn is a little farfetched. Corn bran is low carb (17g per cup) and, from what I hear, has a corn-like flavor. I haven't cooked with it yet (have some on order). When I do, I'll let you know.
