Default NON-gassy nonstarch vegs?

So far the only one I've found is spinach!

Help. I need a list of nonstarch (low carb) vegetables (or greens) that do NOT cause alot of flatulence (or gas) in the intestine. I know about Beano and simethicone but would rather just eat the vegs/salad fixins that do NOT cause gas. Thanks!

Well, check out this "gassy food list" from the BEANO company:

http://www.beano.net/foodlist.asp

OH WAIT! I just looked up ATKINS list of acceptable vegetables...lets start here>>>

Okay here's the whole ATKINS list MINUS the ones on the BEANO list that bother ME...(might not be the same for everyone).

mushrooms
arugula
endive
bok choy
radishes
chives
lettuce
romaine lettuce
artichoke / hearts
rhubarb - gives me D
asparagus
chard ??
bamboo shoots
collard greens
dandelion - too dehydrating
eggplant - allergic
spinach
hearts of palm
kale
tomato
turnips
water chestnuts
zucchini

Okay. Huh. I will experiment and try with the remaining. Don't want to get into exotic stuff $$$ that I don't know/hard to find. So I took those out. I hate okra. Are bean sprouts gassy like beans?
