I think I have started to move again after a loooong stall been, between 195.5 and 197 for a long time then this morning after cutting some stuff out pork rinds for one I was eating way too many and increasing the fats. i weighed in this morning at 194.2. I am so chuffed

Congratulations on breaking that stall! I like pork rinds too and I know the salt in them is murder for bloating up. I think I will cut back this week and see how it goes.
