Default What's for dinner? (Wednesday)

Hi! I thought I'd post this one today -- for practical reasons, because I don't have a clue, and I'm looking for ideas.

What's on the menu for dinner tonight? Or, if you don't know yet either, what did you have last night?

Thanks!

I'm having left over olive and pepperoni "meatza". (pizza, but the crust is lean ground beef with italian seasonings) and a big caesar salad.

Default dinner-leftovers

had it an hour ago: pumpkin soup made with roasted pumpkin, from last night's roast, chicken stock, sour cream. Chicken stock home-made from remains of last week's roast chicken.
also had cold roast beef leftover from last night, with horseradish.
sounds like I do nothing but roast stuff. not true, it has just seemed the easy thing to do lately.
