Thumbs up JRAZ's Exercise Journey 05 29 04

I joined the gym and had my orientation today.
There's a lot of equipment I can't use because of my back and not knowing what's wrong with it... so I chose the treadmill and bike today. Hey it's a start.
Treadmill for 30 minutes at 2.5 and walked a little over 1 mile.
Bike for 10 minutes
by then my head was light so decided since this was my 1st day to do any exercise since forever I didn't want to over do... but of course I then came home and took a nap... I really crashed.. hahaha - I'll never be the same... Thank goodness.

Thank you, Yes, I had a cd walkman was was going to listen to a book on cd, but it would not work and the radio reception was horrible.. so back to the drawing board on that one... LOL
