I think I have started to move again after a loooong stall been between 195.5 and 197 for a long time then this morning after cutting some stuff out pork rinds for one I was eating way too many and increasing the fats i weighed in this morning at 194.2. I am so chuffed

I'm stalled also...and I don't know why.....I have been at the same weight for 4 days now....sure hope it doesn't last weeks.....maybe I should increase my fats and see what that does for me.

It sure does Killamira....I just broke a 4 day stall with a loss of 1.4 lbs....not exactly a whoosh but I'll take it!

I know the feeling luckylady I am just glad to be moving it got so i was scared to step on the scales.
