Default Atkins breakfast cereals?

Hey does anyone out there eat the atkins breakfast cereals?

I was wondering how they did for you, I am deciding not to buy them anymore, I find I can't control my portion and I end up craving snacks more!! anyone find this?

I really like them though, I was always a cereal eater before, but alas maybe its not meant to be yet

just wanted to know what you all thought about them?

I dont like the Atkins one because of the soy. I did try a bowl of Total Protein which uses wheat gluten instead of soy. I thought it tasted great. I had it with carb countdown chocolate milk.

I wont get it often since I am not thrilled with the ingredient list on it, but I didnt get any cravings of any sort from it.

In fact it made me feel really full for a few hours after.

Since being pregnant I quit buying the Atkins cereal even though I liked the taste of it. I hated eating empty calories! I figure if I am going to eat cereal it should at least have vitamins in it so I usually get the total protein and add chopped walnuts to it.

I'm surprised you guys could stomach the stuff. I'm not hard to please in the cereal dept. never disliked any cereal EVER until....I tried that blueberry Atkins cereal. OMG .....NAS.....TEEEEEEE. I even tried a couple more bites just to be sure...nope still gross. I'm glad y'all like it, but even if I had liked it I probably wouldn't have eaten it too much considering how many carbs it is by the time you add in the carb cdwn milk too. Too much for breakfast.

I personally just stick to the hot cereals made with Flax meal or ricotta. They are quite enjoyable.

I had Atkins cereal for breakfast today, for the first time. It left me hungry after only a couple hours, and I've had urges for something sweet all day. My husband who is also doing Atkins, had it also and got no cravings, but he was also hungrier earlier then usual. I'll be avoiding it myself.
How many carbs are in that total protein cereal? Who makes it?

I've only tried Atkins blueberry cereal and did not like it at all. Do the others taste similar? If so, I don't want to spend my money on other flavors.
