I'll also go for the fat or protein first to see if that will help. Often a chunk of cheese does the trick.
Nuts and pumpkin or sunflower seeds are also faves, though I have to watch portion sizes.
Cucumber or celery with cream cheese.
A big salad with lots of crunchy veggies -- radishes, celery, cauiflower, peppers, etc.
Pepperoni slices crisped in the oven or microwave.
In desperate TOM times when I am willing to eat lots of calories to stave off a binge, I will have LC nachos -- cheddar melted and browned, then cool until crisp - add sour cream, guacamole and salsa. Yum.
