I had HUNGRY days, and I just ate. My Fitday would show 3000 calories that day, and the next day would be a 1000.
Fighting the hunger just makes it flare up worse. Space out the nuts by putting them over salads with lots of crunchy vegetables. There are sliced almonds with seasonings that are GREAT for salads.
That's what's great about Atkins. If you are hungry, EAT.
