Yep, I'm on week 4 of BFL with Protein Power Level II nutrition. 4 lbs last week, and 2 lbs each of the previous weeks. I'm more impressed with the way it's changing my body shape and how strong it makes me feel.

Not to rain on your parade, but 3 weeks isnt really a stall. Your body was probably just readjusting and thinking things over. Sounds like you were due for a loss; I do think the BFL exercises made a difference though. I'm a fan of the exercise part of the plan and I will be continuing with the weight training long after I've reached goal.

Good to hear you're doing well, Crystal.

Nat

I accept stalls because I 'cheat' once a fortnight. I also know I gain because I do my weights and exercise regularly... My tummy looks good. Not great, but good, and in time, it WILL look perfect.

Default bfl?

Congratulations on your weight loss!!!!!

Nat you mentioned that you use BFL, what is that? I am sure I am read about it on here before, but I am not sure where to find the info. If you have a link or anything I would appreciate it. I have read protein Power, But I have only done atkins, I also don't remember reading about level II, is that something new (my book is a few years old).

Hooray for you ladies, the loss is so awesome

Level II : Check out the Protein Power synopsis under "Low carb Plans"

Body for life :

I've answered quite a few questions about it in my Gym log and Journal, as well.

HTH,
Nat
