I 'd like to thank everyone in all these posts, for the support and especially the pictures you guys have posted tracking your body transformations. It gives me an incredible amount of encouragement to stay focused, in helping me achieve the body I've always wanted.

I started working out about five years ago, and one year into my weight lifting, all my sweat and hard work was paying off, I was finally seeing results.

Shortly after, I had and accident, and fractured my Patella, which required surgery. The recovery was long and painfull, and needless to say I had lost all my "Mojo " for working out.

I've been on the Akins diet since March of 2004, and recently started weight lifting again, after nearly three years without lifting a single weight.

I've been following A workout routine By: "Shawn Phillips", which has been going great, for me. Today,as I was getting dressed I put on a tighter T-shirt, which I normally don't wear, and I noticed my muscles comming back. I could not believe my eyes, I honestly could not stop starring in the mirror, I became so excited and happy at the same time, my ultimate goal is within reach once again.

Again, thanks to all you guys for your advice and support. I hope I didn't bore everyone with my story...Wally-D
