Default Sugar Alcohol Drama

well its been 8 days total since I totally ate like 200+ sugar alcohols, I thought they were ok, but thanks to Jagbender posting sumthing about em, their not, and their burned for energy. Well I feel that my tummy has gotten alot LOT bigger, hanging out further, but I dont know whats going on, I havent weighed myself since that day, im to scared too, and Im so discourage to work out now, is this just blouting that will go away? I feel like ive gained 10 pounds! :[

It will go away. I had a similar problem after eating about 50g of sugar alcohols in one day. It took 2 or 3 days to get back down to my previous weight.

Sugar alcohols can cause a lot of bloating and digestive problems for some people (like me) so it should go away just fine. Good luck!

Ya did Jag, but I read that after I ate the SA's , also I might have read it b4 but im very forgetful (was dropped 3 times on the head at age 3-4, F.Y.I. dont make fun of me about it anyone )
