Default Irritated stomach, gasses, bloated, not being able to eat.. sick

What food to eat when your stomach is upset to the point that you hear the water you drink pass with gasses?, I think I might have a little infection, or my stomach became very irritated after adding rawgarlic like a maniac 2 days ago, or I also added a lot more fat into my food by frying my red meat on coconut oil I might not be good at diggesting fat intake?...which is the one to blame? Who knows? But I wonder any advice on what to eat today?

Should I do a day of just soups the whole day? LC of course?, any suggestions?

I think suddenly increasing fats in the diet can cause what you're experiencing.

What about trying scrambled eggs done in very little butter and maybe some soup for a day and see if it settles down.

Were you eating the coconut oil before? or is that a new addition, myabe your stomach just doesn't like the coconut oil, try scrambled eggs in butter, and well steamed soft veggies/w more butter! like zuhchini for a day, and sometimes if my stomach is upset, I just take heavy cream by the spoonfull, every hour to get in the fat.

Well I used to put coconut oil just enough to my pan so that I don’t get my food stick to it, but that night I put like “a lot” (so my meat where kind of navigating on the fat lol) I wanted to add more fat to my day, and I also took the watery left over, thinking that was going to help my fat intake, but right after that meal.. (2 days ago) I haven’t been able to cure.

Yesterday I did eggs with veggies over coconut oil like 4 times a day ( I thought my problem was the garlic...daaa..!!!) but then at the end of the day I was worst… you two might be so right, maybe I am just not accepting that kind of oil..

Intresting, it might not be the total amount of fat but that kind of fat...

I will cut fat today… thanks. dragnlady, squid

Hi. I've been there. Just do the scrambled eggs and soup for the next day or so. Drink lots of water to flush all that oil out. Don't have anything hard to digest like cheese etc. Also loose the coconut oil. It doesn;t like you. lol. Hope you feel better soon. Suzanne

Picture this. My sister had left out an open jar of hair pomade. It was almost full at the time our goofy dog decided to eat it. He was sick to his stomach for a few days. He had the runs. I bet you are experiencing something similar, only without the perfume. It soon should pass.

Hey suzanne, thanks I will do that......I tend to have fear if something goes wrong in my stomach, but I am learing little by little what works for me and what doesn't... maybe this coconut oil doesn't like me as you said...lol lol lol

You didn't eat anything with sugar alcohols (maltitol, sorbitol, etc.) in it, did you? If so, that could be the cause of your problem.
