Default When counting Calories .....

I have a question about when we add new food item to foodfit.com or when just counting calories....If for instance on a bag of Russell Stover SF Chocolates it says 180 calories and 100 calories from fat, which one do I use when adding this item in my new food list in foodfit.com?....Do I put 180 or 100 under calories?....Thanks in advance.....Julie

180 calories (this is the total calories) - the bar should show how many grams of fat (which you would put into fitday) but fitday calculates the fat calories.
