Default I'm Dancin' Today !!!!

I'M DANCIN' THE LO-CARB JIG!!!!
Took the advice of those much wiser--- cut out the salty bacon, the salty pork rinds. Added in a couple cups of brocolli and cauliflower and this morning DAY 15..........
2 lbs down !!! (scale kept trying to go 3 but wouldn't stay there) I'll be dancing around all day over this!!
Thats 8 lbs ---2 wks---- and I feel great so I'm going to stop whining now !
THANKS EVERYBODY !!! Couldn't have done it without the support and knowledge here!

HI ellie,

Congrats!!!! Two pounds ig a great loss. Keep adding those veggies, I am seeing that if you replace some of those 20 carbs we are allowed to eat with 20 godd carbs found in veggies, the weight will come off. I add some butter to mine and the weight comes off even faster, but thats just me.

and you're right---- use the carbs on the good stuff --like veggies!! Also -- watch the salt---- bacon, pork rinds, cheese, too much mayo.... whatever
