Default Changing Eating Habits and Reassurance

In my first try at losing weight I lost what I did over a long period of time by counting calories, which of course meant cut out the fats etc. I have read a lot about low carb and am now using this diet to really lose weight. I am beginning to change my eating habits and cutting out the carbs and tonight for dinner age 2 1/2 slices of bacon, 2 eggs and some microwaved cauliflower. This is my first 'fatty' meal and I have to say that I have a sort of guilty feeling at eating it. I feel as though I must have put weight on. A little reassurance that the above meal sounds alright would be very welcome.

Yes, it tastes so good you can't believe it!
Fat is your friend. There are many threads on this subject here, but the bottom line for most people seems to be that 70% fat in your daily intake is not out of line.
After all, if low fat worked, would you be here?

Alex, that looks yummy and perfect. And did you put some butter on the cauliflower? That really makes it tasty.

Don't worry, you'll get used to it and wonder how you ever ate any other way.
