Talking So Surprised..You all Were Right!

Well I measured myself about 3 days ago and I remeasured today and since then Ive lost about an inch everywhere...thighs arms ect(2 on my waist!.. and still Ive lost no more weight,I have about 2 more days on induction ...Im so excited now the scale was scaring me!How is this possible Im losing inches ALOT and hardly any weight? YIPPY!

Same thing going on here. I haven't really lost weight in 6-8 weeks...but I just added a third hole in my belt and went down a second waist size in pants since I "stalled". hehehheeh I'll take it!

Best excercise there is:

Step 1 : open Bathroom window
Step 2 : Pick up scales
Step 3 : See how far you can throw them
