Default Protein Crunch Cereal

Hi,
I absolutley love this cereal!

http://www.lowcarbcorner.com/

It's not cheap, but with only 2g net carbs and 27g protein, and lots of CRUNCH.

I eat it with 5tbs of 18% cream and 1/4 cup of wild blueberries (I buy them frozen and nuke them a bit to soften.)

Add the cream, mix and a packet of Sugar Twin. Mix, dump cereal over top.

Awesome!

I just ordered 6 more bags.

Tom.

Default Crunch is Cold!

Hi Vanity3,

This is a cold cereal. The closest thing I can compare it to in terms of serving size and taste is Grape Nuts.

1/3 of a cup (39g) along with 5tbsp cream easily keeps me going all morning.

I initially tried two servings at once - big mistake! Really hard to finish and need LOTS more cream.

I have yet to find any LC cold cereal that is even close to this in taste.

Good Luck!

PS Some health food stores carry this product (do a store look-up for your state).

For me, I have to order a larger quantity to minimize the shipping costs. The costs to Canada are really high.

Here is the ingredient list:

Special Protein Blend (Consisting of whey concentrate, sodium caseinate, soy protein isolate), water, almonds, cinnamon, natural flavors, wheat fiber concentrate, salt.

Serving: 1/3 cup / 39g
Total Fat: 4g
Total Carbs: 3g
Fiber: 1g
Protein: 27g

I have tried other LC cereal, Keto Flakes etc and they are simply awful! Soy taste and just not a nice eating experience.

They are based out of Minot, North Dakota.

Tom.
