Question Metabolism

I've just hit my first week aniversiary of LCing. I seem to be having metabolism swings though... At one point in the day I'll be really happy and very bouncy and hyper and then a bit later (often after I eat) I'll be really sluggish and sleepy, well, not even really sleepy just kinda slow (mentally and phisically.) I'm assuming that this is normal... but can anyone give me more information? Like, when the swings will stop? Thanks!

Thanks for the info... I was pretty sure that they were natural, but I wanted a second opinion... Two weeks, huh? Hmm, only one more to go... Withdrawl is hard!

It probably has to do with your Blood glucose (sugar) levels.
it takes the body a while to adjust.
Congrats on your 5 Pound loss.

Phoenix, I saw your B4 pics very pretty!
Withdrawl may be hard but being overweight is even harder on your body.
One of my quotes. When you cheat you only cheat on the one that matters most. YOU.
Hang in there girl! We're here for you and hope to see alot less of you hanging around here (pun intended)
Maybe you could start a journal and let us know how you are doing???
Congrats on your decision to GO LC
