1/2 hour cardio...boy did I bonk during this workout. I think TOM is having an effect on me...

well, I climbed 16 flights of stairs and walked at costco for an hour...LOL I still need to do a real workout.

my arms are killing me...I have 2 therma care wraps on them. I ordered some biofreeze today too.

I think I am going to alternate cardio and strength training. # days cardio and 3 days strength training. For now, no upper body unitil my arms quit hurting. For now, nothing but body weight for lower body until I get stronger or lighter...heheheh Hopefully it will be both!

my schedule:
strength 3x week
cardio 3x week
stretching/yoga pilates 3x week
martial arts training...well were are planning on 15 minutes daily for now until we get back into shape

my arms are better today, but the right one is still hurting. I put anothr therma crae on it. I can't wait for the biofreeze to get here.

2 hours weedeating the grass(chest high in some places). I have got to get this under control. It doesn't help being sick, tearing a ligament, relapsing....ect..... Oh well
