Hi all.. I haven't been around for a while, been a lot going on. Have been faithful to low carb though. Still not lost any more weight, came in at 268 this morning (with TOM lurking) so not so bad.

Well, I finally bit the bullet, overcame my fears, and joined the gym. I really believe this is going to make a world of difference. Exercise and raising my metabolism.....

Also, had my 3 month blood glucose analysis done and came in at a very healthy normal 6.2.. doc was very happy.

Watch this space........ (very proud of self).

Great Luscious! I think you'll find it will make a big difference going to the gym. Don't be shy about going or using the machines. In a few weeks you'll be a pro

Yes, you will notice a big difference working out! My advice is to start slow, because if you are going to do it for life, you need to be slow & steady, best of luck!
