Eat more fat. Sounds wierd?
I really love Flax oil High in calories and great for you.
I would keep doing what you are doing until it slows down. If you feel sluggish or tired try bumping up the calories.

OK another question on the flax seed oil stuff...

It sounds gross.... does it have a flavor and is it smooth like normal oil or does it have a texture? I am a bit picky about food (sounds odd being this over weight huh?) so wanna find out as much about it as possible before trying it.

I am willing to do what it takes BUT if it's something so strong it changes flavors of things would like to know ahead of time so I don't freak out

Thanks,

Meggen

Go to a local health food store and buy a small bottle.
It does have a flavor but I find it favorable and now even preffer it over other oils. It is dark and has some particles in it but not gritty. It is very expensive. Also Barleans will be found in the refrigerator not on the shelf because it is cold pressed and fresh. If you mix it in a Protien shake I would say you couldn't taste it. I love it on salads with Balsamic vinegar.
(Balsamic vinegar has carbs). I buy Flax oil in a quart for about $27.00. Try it you'll like it, It's good for you!

OK been getting right about 2300 all week and weighed in today ... down 2 pounds.

so when i start exercizing next week (going to see how my foot holds up) I will need 2350 - 2450?? I'm guessing closer to the 2400 range maybe?

1978 times 1.4 = 2769 (3 - 4 days a week 30 mins a day)

2769 times 10% = 2493
2769 times 15% = 2355

2400 or a little more. It really depends on how hard you work out and how you feel. If you continue to lose weight and don't feel fatigued stay around 2400. If you feel sluggish add a 100 cals a day and see how it goes.

Again great progress!
