I know one cannot spot reduce. I am doing crunches.
What other exercises are good to flatten and get rid of "Jelly Belly"

Beats me seems like it's a never ending battle! I have very little body fat and still have a more belly than I would like to see! I'm trying the Atkins as a last ditch and if it dosen't work Im going in for something cosmetic!!

You can't spot reduce from what I've read and tried.

I'll tell you what I've discovered though, Relacore.
I've been using it since this past Monday and have lost 3 inches around my belly area.

I'm very pleased with the results so far.
See www.relacore.com for details.

Is there a reliable cheap site where you can get relacore? $50/month is a bit much to 'try it out'.

Up your cardio, eat clean, do weights and ab exercises. This seems to be the only true way to reduce the belly!!

AFwife.. I've been reading your Relacore forum and have to say congrats on your results!! I'm also using the OOO and notice you are an active contributor to that forum!!! I was tempted to try the Relacore but i'm trying a new video series called slim in 6 to see what I can accomplish. I only hear great things about it. If that doesn't work, Relacore it is for me too LOL!!!!! Congrats on the 91 lb weight loss.

cheers
Tasha

Relacore. The website won't tell you what is in it.
AF wife does the bottle list the ingredients?
If so can you PM me with them?
Thanks Jag

I just realized the local GNC caries Relacore for $37. I also get 20% off, because I'm a gold card member, so it will be ~$31. Suppose its worth a try.

Just wanted to say I have had success with Lipoderm Y topical gel. It contains Yohibme and within a week of using it I could tell a huge difference. A one month supply of it will run you about $25(for the Y, they have a "new" formula as well that is more expensive).
