Default Dizzy spells, supplements

I have recently restarted induction. I have daily dizzy spells, light headed, a little short of breath. Anyone else have this problem? Any supplements to suggest?

If you are low-carbing, you definitely need supplements, check out the Atkins book or www.atkins.com for supplements needed. Plus, drinking so much water leeches nutrients out of your system, and you need vitamins.

I've been having dizziness problems because I have low blood pressure to start with, and low-carbing tends to lower blood pressure further, so I'm getting potassium supplements.

Does your Doctor know that you are Low carbing? If not you might want to check with Her / Him. I could be a simple as low blood sugar.

I had a brief period of dizzy spells during induction. Lasted about 2 days. It was because of the big changes in my blood sugar.

Thanks for your input re: dizzy spells. I'll have to check with my doctor and see if I need potassium. Meanwhile I'll try the over the counter calcium supplements with potassium in low levels. The dizzyness went away as soon as I ate a banana-- good potassium but too much sugar. I also have low blood pressure. All your suggestions were great, Thanks Liz2Crow
