Lightbulb The 200lb Mark!!

It is time for a new start, and with the support from others, it can happen!
I started the low carb diet in Jan.04 and did great for a total of 2mths, i started at 290 and i am now at 252. My goal is to reach 180 and i know if i can ever make it to 200 then I can reach 180! My problem is CHEATING ! I know that it is the middle of the week, but today is my new BEGINNING ! Hopefully with friends and support from those wanting to reach the same goal , WE WILL ALL SUCCEED !!!!
Lets start a weekly weigh in and discuss feelings, urges to cheat etc. with each other and together we will REACH OUR GOALS!
Kristin

Hi Kristin,

I would love to get to 200 or199...I want to see wonderland again! I did Atkins in 1998 and got to goal, but then I gained it back + some So, I know I can do it again, and I have to be strict and NO CHEATING!

What day do you want to do the weigh in? Today is fine with me I'm at 228.5

We can do this!

Hi,

You might like to consider joining the 199 challenge.

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthre...2&page=79&pp=15

This has being going on for some time and membership has changed over the weeks and months. It certainly helped me get through that 200 barrier.

I've recently started a 175 challenge which I hope to reach by the end of the year.

Hello fellow travelers.
I need to get back on straight and narrow path myself.
I have 20lbs to go to one-derland. I should have made that by my 1 year anniversary at Curves but here it sit. I don't have a time line but I should be moving forward not treading water(it isn't even aerobic ) so I will join your challenge-Any plan of attack?
Bev

Hi Bev,

My goal is to stick to stick to induction levels for the rest of this month, workout(may workout chalenge), drink all my water, and weigh in once a week. Oh, and the biggest think for me is no sugar alcohols or other low carb franken food.

Do you have any ideas on a plan of attack?

We can do this! Wonderland isn't too far away

hey,
I know that i started the 200 pound mark, but i think maybe we should join the 199 group. I just worry that i may not have enough time to devote myself to setting the 200 pound mark up, with working and school . I hope you join the 199 too, i hate joining late, especially alone. thanks , kristin

I'm with you Libertatis.

The low carb goddies and the Frankenfoods stall me. I'm not exercising enough, and I'm probably not getting enough water either.

I'm in for this 200lbs challenge.

Soooooo
NO MORE FRANKENFOODS! NO MORE FRANKENFOODS!

Misskolie,

I'm with you on the no frankenfoods I really don't think they are good for me...especially the sugar alcohols. Do you have a particular franken food that is hard for you to give up?

I am trying to get my water in too and joined the May Exercise challenge. It seems to be helping to have to record my workouts where other people will look at them

I'm thiking that everyone else jumped ship on this thread? I'm happy to stay here if your are
