Default going crazy with half carbs and 1/3 carbs!

I know I should round up, but is it ok to round down if something is 1.1? I thought of just leaving some of the food/drink to even it out so I wouldn't have to round, but it is something that doesn't bother me unless I think about it. I don't want to be rounding down all day, then go back and look at that day, recalculate, and figure out that i consumed 3 or 4 more carbs than previously thought. similarly, i don't want to get to the end of the day, be hungry, think i have eaten 20g carbs, but in reality i have 3 carbs i haven't spent. this is crazy. i didn't obsess over carbs the last two weeks , only when i started, but then again, i haven't lost any in two weeks. maybe i SHOULD be obsessing? help!
