Default Struggling

Hi Everyone!

This is the first time that I am entering a forum. I started LC in Jan and am down 27 lbs. But I've been struggling lately. I really need some encouragement. Any suggestions about jump starting back?

Hi Patsmom. Welcome to the forums. Wow 27 lbs in 3 months is blooming awesome. Way to go!
I think I can honestly say I too struggle now and then as I think everyone does. Just remember why you started this journey...and what you hoped to gain by it. I'm losing a little slower than you are, but I just keep looking at the changes that are already happening (as small as they are) And I have no problem keeping on track and plodding along. Keep up the awesome work and Good Luck to You!

PS: If you start a journal people will be able to communicate back and forth with journaling....we all do it. It makes supporting each other an easy and rewarding journey.

Default Welcome Patsmom!!!

I am also new to forums, it's great to have you here. I think everyone struggles now and then and some of use even splat, but the rewards of getting back on are wonderful. Even with the great changes I enjoy with some weight coming off, I still have a few cheat days that just seem to sneak up and catch me off guard, we're all human. Just don't beat yourself up and realise that you are going to have setbacks and stalls, but you are worth the struggle and deserve to be healthy and feeling great. Every cheat I have teaches me something I need to know about myself and I slowly learn what works for me. So I figure for me any way, the cheats and mistakes are actully a good thing, they keep me fighting for me !
Best of luck, and welcome to the forum !!!!
