Default Met my mini goal this week



I am down 3.5 lbs which is what I need to release every week to make my overall goal of 1/1/5!!!

I have been stalled for months, so this feels great. I cut out those sugar alcohols and splenda.

Next is dairy.

I haven't felt too hot the last few days must be a big detox going on.

Even if the release this week is water weight, I still feel great! And am officially over 50 lbs released!

WOOT!

Congratulations! You are doing quite well. I'm finding that counting calories helps with the weight loss too. I'm wondering if it's not so much the sugar alcohols themselves, but just not eating that stuff keeps the calories lower.

3.5 lbs per week is a very agressive goal. Good luck with it!

That very well could be the case. I dropped another .5 pounds as of today. I am so excited to have finally started releasing weight again after so many months.

What kind of foods would you reccomend generally?

I think cutting out some of the dairy will be very good especially for my cholesterol levels.

Keep on truckin... he he Exercise is next.

Congrats =)!! GL with adding the exercise - that is my next step too, but I just haven't managed to start yet =) although the hubby and I did buy a new stationary bike and weights to work out at home. WOOT!

Wow! Congratulations! 3.5 is an agressive goal as said above. I'm sure you can make it though! I try for 2-3 a week, but usually I hit that or don't lose at all. If I don't lose at all then I'll lose like... 4-6 the next week. It all evens out.

You're doing great, hun!
