Default bad carb - oh no!!!

What can be done to minimize the effect of a slip in sanity? Baking cookies I slipped some. Is there anything I can do to minimize the effect of the bad carbs that I ate? I don't plan to hammer myself for the slip but had hoped there might be something I could do to help counter it.

What part of WV do you live in?

Seems we have some things in common....I live in WV too and I started Atkins in April and was 240 starting out and have lost 12 pounds so far.
