Default I love my nutritionist

I took the advice of everyone here and went to see a nutritionist as soon as I could afford it. She was really helpful and gave me 100% permission to low-carb, even saying that she thought it can be very healthy and would be perfect for me (blood sugar issues, history of eating disorder) She said that I eat very healthy and she told me that if my mother gave me anymore grief about eating tuna fish, tomatoes, and avocados for dinner that she could call her and the nutritionist would tell her to leave me alone. She was a lot nicer than the last nutritionist I went to who commanded that I eat 11 servings of grains and potatoes a day and screamed when I said I didn't think I could. Just wanted to say what a nice lady she was! I was happily surprised.

11 servings of grains and potatoes?!? Wow, your old nutritionist sounds like the one from that Mel Brooks movie... the sadistic one! I'm surprised she didn't just chase you around with a syringe full of glucose and inject it into your veins!

Anyway, glad to hear you found one with a brain!
