Question meal plans??

I am new to the Atkins diet and wanted to know if anyone new someplace where i could find meal plans? Not recipes but plans? Any help appreciated!

I ordered the Atkins Essentials book off Ebay but its not here yet... thats why i was looking for meal plans for now.

Well..I think the Atkins page has some. The Atkins Essentials is a good book. Really helpful. I recommend you get the New Diet Revolution book too.

ok ok, here is one day.

breakfast (2g carbs)
2 slices bacon/2 piece sausage
and 2 eggs with cheese

snack (2g carbs)
celery stick filled with cream cheese

lunch (5g carbs)
salad-1 cup lettuce, 3 cherry tomatoes, 1 tbs shredded cheese, diced chicken, and (1g) ranch/blue cheese dressing
diet rite soda

snack (3g carbs)
low carb yogurt

dinner (6g carbs)
salad-1 cup lettuce, tbs shredded cheese, (1g) dressing
cheeseburger sans bun, dip in mayo
decaf tea with splenda or sweet-n-low, and 1 tbs cream

snack (2g carbs)
1 ounce cube of cheese
1 deviled egg

I should've mentioned earlier, but forgot. Another great one for meal plans is "Atkins for Life". It gives meal plans for all stages of OWL and maintenance. That was the second book I read (after the 1972 version of DANDR) and what really sold me on Atkins.

You can get alot of good tips by looking at people's fitday and journals.
