Question Has Hood LC Choc Milk caused stall?

Hi, I have been drinking Hoods Low Carb Chocolate Milk, one cup every other day. My weight loss has stalled, but I'm not sure if its due to the increased amount of weight lifting I have been doing, or is this a true stall. Has anybody experienced a slow down in weight loss due to an over indulgence of this thick rich awesome tasting beverage

Default choc milk

It seems like you're drinking a very moderate amount. I've had some myself. My weight did stall. I'm doing weights too. Lately my weight loss has started again without changing a thing I was eating or drinking. I've decided to try tracking a couple of ways of measuring body fat-- an impedance scale, a measure with calibers every few months at my employers fitness center, and a free online body fat calculation using measurements. I think I always was losing fat but for awhile gaining muscle made the scale not budge. So I'm going to get the best estimate I can about the fat I'm losing. I don't think I can give up every treat-- I say keep the "choc.milk" for now.

I say give it up for a week and check and see. My guess is that yes, it would cause a stall. I kow for myself, any dairy product seems too - funny, I drank milk for years, never occurred to me that I may have an intolerance to it . Otherwise, you seem to be doing great - one more thing - hotdogs can also cause some problems - I think (correct me if I'm wrong ) you said you were eating them in your journal?

I don't see anything in it to cause a stall-it actually Cuts the amounts I eat in evening.

My daughter and I are both drinking the Hood Chocolate Milk. One cup almost every morning with breakfast and have been for the last month. We are both loosing at a steady pace. Maybe you are just building muscle.
