Default A Couple Of Questions.......

When a recipe calls for heavy cream, does that mean whipping cream minus the sugar? Also, what does non fat mean? Fat free or can low in fat be acceptable? Sorry if they are silly ?'s

Heavy cream is liquid whipping cream (no sugar). I can't answer whether lo or fat free is acceptable on your plan, but non fat means no fat in the product.

If it's 'non-fat milk', I think that means 1% or skim milk. If it's other products, maybe you could do a search on the net for the product name, brand or type and the words non-fat.
