It's very possible, most people find they weigh less first thing in the morning on an empty stomache after a pee, BUT if you were retaining fluid and it started to leave then you would weigh less - did you notice you were piddling a lot today??? Some people have even noticed they actually weigh more after they go to the toilet for the other thing - never could figure that one out!!! but I've had that happen and seen a few other posts about it.

If you must weigh yourself daily, do it first thing in the morning after you pee, you'll be at your lightest. You can truly drive yourself crazy weighing multiple times, and due to normal fluctuations, weight can vary during the day, just do once and track it.

We have a digital scale and I have noticed that if I get on and get off and get back on the second reading is the one that I will keep getting. I cannot say how many times I go on it and it said a number, got off and go right back on and it went up or down and then stayed at that number no matter how many times I tried it. I got out the instruction and it did say to get on scale, get off and get back on again and then read the number. I am not sure if that is what you did, but I am happy for you that the number went down, that is so awesome !!!

You were probably losing water. I have a digital scale. I have the same thing happen. I weigh 4 times in a row. The second # is usually right. I take the number that shows up the most. Congrads!!!! I also weigh more when fresh outta the shower with wet hair! Talk about feeling like a wet dog!

I typically can lose 3 pound from weighing at night before bed and weighting "empty" in the morning!
