Default Suggestions For Something Sweet While On Induction

I am trying to find something you can eat that is sweet while on induction -
I went to the recipe section and saw a recipe for flax muffins -
Someone asked if they were ok to eat while on induction - but I didn't see a response to the question.
Could someone let me know if these muffins are ok for induction and also some other suggestions for something sweet to eat that is permitted during this time.
Thanks
Sharon

Even little things like a piece of sugarless gum helped me when I was on induction. How about a glass of Splenda sweetened pop? Add heavy cream to make an Italian soda.

You can freeze pop into a popsicle.

Make a little bowl of whipped cream - heavy cream drop of vanilla, 1/4-1/2 packet of splenda.

Make some splenda sweentened jello.

Mock danish with cinnamon?

Hope these help!

I make a container of whipped cream, grab a couple of spoonfulls a day to satisfy the sweet tooth, that's usually all I want anyway!

Hi Sharon,

You want to be pretty "good" on your induction, but in those "gotta have it cravings" SF jello with REDI-Whip (the good stuff in a can) is less than 1g of carbs. The other one that saved me a couple times is whip cream in a glass, then you pour in ice cold diet root beer (voila' Ice Cream Float). Stay away from the "net carbs" foods. Read the nutrition labels and ONLY subtract fiber.

Even sugar free gum stalled me in the beginning (sugar alcohols). Now I read labels closely.

Happy LC'ing

I mixed some DaVinci SF caramel syrup into some cream cheese, and ate it with a spoon. It was almost like frosting, in fact my bf (not LCing) said it would be good as a frosting.

I used cream cheese with splenda - just a teaspoon here and there helped a lot. Or I would have a sip of a diet coke for the sweetness.
