Sunday: walked on treadmill for 30 min. (that's all--no bike or abs today)
Monday: walked on treadmill for 30 min./bike for 30 min./abs for 10 min.
Tuesday: walked on treadmill for 30 min./abs for 10 min. (no bike today)
Wednesday: walked on treadmill for 30 min./bike for 30 min./abs for 10 min.
Thursday:walked on treadmill for 30 min./bike for 30 min./abs for 10 min.
Friday: Zilch, Zero, Nada
Saturday: walked on treadmill for 30 min./bike for 30 min./abs for 10 min.
I did nothing on Friday but sit and lay around all day. I just felt terrible and don't know why. Very fatigued on Thursday, Friday and today as well. I'm getting some shape back in my legs, which pleases me. I always loved my calf muscles, hehe, but I've not SEEN them in a while. They are starting to show again. Yay!
Well, I did not exercise at all on Friday, but for the whole week I've gotten: Treadmill x6, Bike x4, Abs x5.
