apparently carrot based. the drink itself is like a sweet fruit juice.

We love it at our house. My favorite is the Tropical Blend. It is very sweet so I thin mine down by adding a little water. Great if you have been missing fruit juice.

It is full of potassium. It is very GI though as it is a fruit juice and isn't for induction for sure.

Wow!! I was just thinking of how I missed that stuff the other day as I was driving past it with my cart. Never even took the time to see if there was any kind of a "diet" version cuz I figured fruit had so many carbs, and especially knowing the carrots were high carb that there would be no way they could accomplish a LC version. Now I'll be looking for it in the store. Thanks alot!!! Annie

So it is specifically Diet V-8 Splash? Does it say lo-carb? And I guess if it is fruity, it's not salty...!

Does it have vitamins and stuff, or would I be just as nourished if I drank Diet cola?
