Default loose skin YUK

anyone else got issues with this? it's not so bad that i am looking for a surgeon or anything, but it kind of makes it uncomfy to wear certain things. it's just around the stomach/trunk area. GGGGGRRRRRRRRRR. does it go away? I am excercising.

I hear ya, my legs look like they belong on a 90 year old women. I just turned 34 today..

I hope it gets better with time.

I know I'm gonna end up with those awful "batwings" for upper arms... I hate the thought of surgery for it but I'd have it done if it wouldn't go away.

A friend of mine went the gastric bypass route and lose over 100 pounds in 9 months and her upper arms look horrid... shes going to get the surgery for it, but I looked it up and that scar can get really wide, but I suppose a scar would be better than skin that hangs several inches and flaps in the breeze like she has now.

How old are you?

If you're under 25, there's a good chance your body will absorb most of it.

If you're 40+, surgery is about your only option.

I'm 23 and so far have lost 50lbs. I can already see the loose skin under my arms and in the stomach. I'm in strength training to build muscle. Hopefully that new muscle will increase the size of my arms and pull some of that skin tighter.
