Default When is a stall not a stall ??

morning all,my question for the day is above...

i am just completing my 2nd week of induction, i lost 14lb in my first week, and have lost nothing this week, but i think this is nothing to worry about judging what i've read on her, i just wanted to confirm...

i am in permanent HEAVY ketosis so i am not worried yet, and altho to be fair i am still having my no sugar chewing gum other then that i have not moved off induction once really, and my constant ketosis is testemant to this i think..

this happened exactly the same last time i did atkins, lost a stone in the first week then nothing for the next 3...

so could this be just the way my body handles things? i am going to start an exercise regime next week and see if that starts the weight loss again, i used to be a serious weight training freak, so under my fat i have quite a lot of muscle mass, so hopefully this will start coming through once i start the exercises...

thanks in advance for any replies..

all the best..

Tony

A stall isn't a stall unless it's been 6 weeks at least.

14 pounds the first week is AWESOME! That's more than some lose the first month.

Starting some exercise is a great idea this will help move things along.

Hang in there, and stick with it cause this WOE really does work.

Take care,

All the best to you darling, YOU CAN DO THIS.

This forum is truly the best. Don't be afraid to ask questions cause the support here is truly amazing and I know I wouldn't have made it this far without everyone here.

Take care,
