Default new crystal light sunrise

Hey guys! How is your Saturday going?
I just got crystal light's new flavor called "sunrise"
It is sooooo yum; it tastes kind of like sunny delight.
It has 100% vitamin C and 10% calcium.
I know we really aren't supposed to be drinkin' crystal light,
but it would be good as an every once in while kinda thing.

Or maybe mixed with a little vodka? heeheehee!

well if the soda addicts can keep their diet cola's with aspartame and we all use jello this cant be that bad a choice.
Diet V-9 splash is made with sucrolose and is also a good vitamin source.

I love the Sunrise flavor. I wanted orange juice so bad and it took away the craving.

What's wrong with Crystal Light? I haven't tried it in years but I was thinking of buying some now that the hot days are here.

I have seen a lot of the people on this forum say that aspartame stalls their weight loss. Also, I thought that in DANDR Dr. Atkins recommends sucralose (Splenda), but none of the other artificial sweetners.

Some people are staleld by asperteme, and osme arn't. There are also health questions raised by asperteme. It's just something each person has to decide for themselves.

The bottled crystal light is sweetened with splenda, not asperteme.

I love the sunrise stuff too. It doesn't taste like OJ to me though, more like Tang.
