Yep

It's just cream cheese, egg, and splenda/SF syrup

Enjoy!

I must have done it wrong, because it was like eating candied eggs, seemed a waste! Yuck.
If you have some advice to offer I might try it again, but if not, I am not eating that.

First time I did it, I didn't like it either. But someone mentioned their method, now it tastes too good. Basically 1 egg, 2 oz Cream cheese, an outrageous amount of cinnamon (at least 1 Tbl.), some almond flavoring (just a smidge) and a generous amount of Splenda.

soften the cream cheese in the micro for 15-30 seconds. Then thoroughly mix the cream cheese and egg. If you don't mix them well, it'll be too eggy. Nuke and enjoy. To me, it was using the outrageous amounts of cinnamon and the good mixing that seemed to make it all work. Like someone said, reminescent of a Cinnabon.

I had a friend who didn't like it either then she tried it with the teaspoon of lemon juice. Yummy! I don't put cinnamon in it as I don't want the extra carbs but I bet it is good that way.

I found that it had to be blended smoothly too, or it turned out too eggy.

Cinnamon carbs are almost entirely fiber according to USDA database.

Cinnamon is supposed to help regulate blood sugar:

wow, OH WOW! I finally tried this for the first time after reading about it on this forum for months (I used 1/2 tsp lemon juice because I don't have any cinnamon). It was absolutely FABULOUS! If I'd known it was going to be that good, I would have tried it a long time ago!

I love mock danish.. i've made it a few ways so far..
BTW.. Yes it's induction friendly. depending on what you add to it..

I've added cinnamin and splenda.. and SF syrup.. tasted like french toast.. very delicious.. and another time i put in a spoonfull of SF Rasberry Preserves in the center..

Both times they were great...
